The tiny home rentals also have outstanding amenities including a gas fireplace that can quickly warm the space during those chilly Oregon nights!

Lincoln City Vacation Rentals
Sweet Haven Rentals are located in a small community called Olivia Beach in Lincoln City. Lincoln City is located between two major coastal towns: Tillamook and Newport. When passing through these towns you can visit the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory for ice-cream and cheese samples, or when passing through Newport, stop at the Oregon Coast Aquarium where you can walk through the shark tunnel and touch sea anemones!
Once in Lincoln City, you’ll find a 7 mile long sandy beach, and on the east side, Devil’s Lake with plenty of skiers, paddle boats, and windsurfers during the warmer months. If you enjoy the outdoors, Lincoln City offers outstanding nearby hiking trails like Drift Creek Falls, a moderate hike with outstanding views, or the Cascade Head for a more strenuous hike with viewpoints far above the trees! Lincoln City is also known for their incredible beaches with tidepools and sea-life to admire when the tide is out.

Sweet Haven Rentals are located in Olivia Beach, in the historic Nelscott District of Lincoln City. Olivia Beach is a small, vibrant community overlooking the Nelscott Beach. It’s full of charming cottages with plenty of walking paths for families and shared greenspace for the community to enjoy, and of course, just a short walk to the beach! Guests rave about walking the beach during low tide and finding beautiful agates, jasper, and stones smoothed by the sea.
Olivia Beach offers the warmth and welcoming of a small town, as well as many community amenities and outstanding views of the ocean.
