We are excited to bring in the holidays and year end for 2021!
We live at the heart of Olivia Beach, where, almost a decade ago we built the Olivia Beach Camp Cabins, just south of the pool. Most people in the community know us as the couple who own and operate Sweet Haven: an Olivia Beach-focused boutique property management agency, Sweet Haven. We also have Clark (7) & Ellis (3), along with our new Springer Spaniel, Oliver.
It has been quite the year! After a roller coaster of a last couple of years, I am grateful to close 2021 at such a sweet spot. Here are a few highlights from our year to catch you up on the latest and greatest.
Becoming an Aquarist
In needing to create space for life balance, Miel has gone to extremes. The end of the world, in fact. Pairing up her volunteer spirit and love of adventure, Miel is now a certified volunteer scientific diver with the Oregon Coast Aquarium. This led her to fulfill a lifelong goal of living on all continents, and now off to Antarctica (returning January 18th).
Introducing Madam’s Haven
I am excited to announce the purchase and creation of Madam’s Haven.
Located in the historic Taft district, at SE 51st and Hwy 101. Built in 1939 and (to be) reinvented in 2022.
This 2400-square foot commercial space will be re-born as an entertaining and office space.

Giving back locally & globally
We are also believers in giving back to our community, through local partnership and giving. We are excited to have seen our network expand slowly over the past year, and look forward to a transformational year to come.

We serve the Olivia Beach community by providing high quality vacation rental homes for our guests to relax, recharge, and relate. By focusing on our niche, Sweet Haven is able to offer more robust services and a higher return on investment. We are grateful to have experienced the boom of demand for vacation rentals and the allure of Olivia Beach that Sweet Haven has been well positioned to capitalize on. We hope to meet many new neighbors in the community year, as well as those we haven’t been able to connect with yet. Please say hello if you are visiting.

We are excited to introduce Oliver, our 9 month old Springer Spaniel. He loves to make friends and be an ambassador to Olivia Beach dogs.
